We are a small friendly parish blessed with a diverse and multicultural congregation striving to live out the call of the Gospels in today's world.  If you are new to our parish, to enable us to get to know you and welcome you, please give your details to the parish office.                         Fr.Jim

St Joseph's Church, which was built in 1887 as a Bible Christian Church by a separate Methodist Group. In 1970 the Church was purchased by the Roman Catholics as the Methodists had opened a new Church in nearby Burrage Road (still there). At that time St Joseph's was part of St Peter the Apostle Church, Woolwich, Parish. In 1976 St Joseph's, Shooters Hill became a Parish separate from St. Peter's with its own Parish Priest.
